Hawaii's Gas Prices Reach $4 per Gallon

Hawaii has the distinct honor of being the first state to reach the $4 per gallon mark ahead of this year's summer driving season. Some other cities have also reached the $4 mark, most of them being in California, however Hawaii is the first to reach a statewide average of $4 per gallon. Sales of small, fuel efficient cars are also rising with gas prices, something we have seen in the past. Prices are projected to reach $5 per gallon this summer.
